Can you pick us up from an airport/train station?
Why not?! As long as you bring cookies J Beer always welcome as well.
Can we leave our car with you?
Sure thing! We will store it for you at a secure car park, however vehicle is left there at owners risk.
What is covered by insurance?
Well, not going into detail (included in terms and cons) only camper van and you are covered by the insurance. Any extras , ie awning, chairs, kettle, your favourite t-shirt, socks and beer unfortunately are not.
Pets – we love them so much, we can not live without them!
Sorry, but you need to appreciate that not everyone does…
What else do we need?
We can provide you wit extras (please let us know what you need when booking) so all you need is sleeping bags, pillows and some clothes. Oh, and good mood as well.
What documents do I need?
You will need your licence (including paper part if UK licence) , another photo ID document – passport, national ID card etc. If you have any doubts please ask. You will also need to provide a proof of UK address. In case you don’t live in UK, we’ll need to secure the payment via debit or credit card.
Do I have to pay extra for European insurance?
No, you don’t! We will issue a certificate confirming who is allowed to drive and where. You will also get necessary documents required to travel in Europe (please advise which countries you wish to visit when booking so that we can prepare relevant documents).
When do I need to return the van?
Because we need to tidy up before next customers start their holidaying, we will need you to return the van at 10am; pick up from 2pm onwards. If you do however require different collection/return slot e can arrange it and we will be as flexible as possible. Be aware though that if someone has already book the camper , you will need to adhere to standard 10am or 2pm times.
What if we get problems on the road?
Don’t worry, rescue is on its way – all our campers are covered by agency’s breakdown cover. Although it’s very unlikely you ever will break down. Our vans are serviced more than frequently so keep calm and drive VW.
Who is covered by insurance?
Any driver over 21 is cover free of charge. Anyone with driving licence held for over 3 years can drive; if you are under 21, sorry folks 🙁 We occasionally accept drivers with less than 3 years experience but induction will be carried out to assess your abilities.
